How it works
Renters set the area, budget, bedrooms and move-in date, then answer a few questions, one per screen. Owners publish each home's rent, fees and criteria.
PropFit checks each renter against what each home actually asks for. Every match shows its reasons: what's met, what's missing, and the gap.
Matches are estimates, not approvals. Owners see which renters fit and make the call; a renter who misses one home is pointed to others that fit better.
