Qualification links per channel
A link for each place you advertise, from listing sites to a printed flyer, each with its own channel tag.
QR codes and an embed snippet
A QR code for signs and flyers, and a snippet for your own website.
REST API
Your organization's properties, vacancies, criteria and funnel counts, with tokens limited to the scopes you choose, an expiry, and an audit trail.
MCP server
Ask your AI assistant which vacancies have sat longest and what the most common gap is. It reads counts and criterion results; it can't publish, decide or screen.
Webhooks
Signed events such as a tour request, carrying ids only. Your system calls the API for details under its own scopes.
Property-management imports
Bring properties, units and vacancies in from your property-management software, through the same preview as the spreadsheet import.
Listing syndication
Send your vacancies to listing networks with your qualification link as the call to action.
Live means it's in the app today. Coming means it's planned and not yet available; there are no dates yet.
The boundary
What an integration can and can't see
- Your own organization's data (properties, units, vacancies, criteria, links and funnel counts) can flow through an integration, limited to the token's scopes.
- Renter information flows only as the results your app already shows ("income criterion met, verified"), only for renters who engaged with your homes, and only while they've agreed to share.
- Documents, raw values and screening reports never leave through an integration. Neither does another organization's data.
- Publishing, decisions and screening stay actions a person takes in the app.
